teRMS AND CONDITIONS

The payment for each piece of digital art Will be paid beforehand, once the payment is done I will start working on the commission.
There are a few steps for me to follow in order to give the client a Good experience and a good piece of artwork too;
Step 1: The sketch will be given the first week after the payment is completed, in which the client will have to approve in order to continue working. I WILL NOT move forward if the sketch is not approved by the client.Step 2: After the sketch is finally approved I will move onto Lineart. This step might take a few more days to be completed since it’s the most time-consuming part of the process. The Lineart will also be shown to the client to check if everything is ok.IMPORTANT: every change in the general design of the sketch (for example: If the client didn’t like the pose, expression, general idea of the artwork, etc) must be asked and talked about before Lineart (in the Sketch phase). In case the client didn’t do this and still wanted to change something from the Lineart, there would be an extra charge of $5 USD up to $10 USD depending on the difficulty of the design and the changesStep 3: Base colour. Once the Lineart is done and shown to the client with an “Update WIP" (work in progress) screenshot, I will be moving forward to base colours. I will also update with a WIP ss of this step.Step 4: Final piece. In this instance there will be a final update where the client will have to check if everything is ok for rendering. After this, I might add some extra small details and finally send the final piece to the client’s email. This whole process might take between 2,3 or 4 weeks to be completed. Between these weeks I Will have to keep the communication with the client, even if there’s no advances or nothing to show.About payment:
Payments will be done via Paypal with Paypal Invoices, there the client will find the exact same info as here. This is for our safety.
About refunds:
-There will be no refunds after Step 2.
- I will only refund half the Price before Step 2 in special cases
- If asked for a refund before Step 1 for some reason (f.e: an emergency), there will be a full refund (not counting the paypal fees)
-Related to the quality of my artwork; In case the client wanted a refund because they’re not satisfied with my quality of artwork compared to the other ones I have done before, I will offer an upgrade of that artwork or more time to fix it to make it look better for the client, I may offer a full new piece ONLY in special ocassions.
About NSFW art:
- I’ll need to see an ID or something that can confirm the client asking for this type of art is +18, I’ll also show my ID so it’s fair for both of us and way safer in case anything happens.
(You can blur your photo and extra info, just leave the name and date of birth)
- I WILL NOT draw nsfw for people under 18.
About commercial use:
In case the client wanted the commercial use of said artwork, the cost can vary from $30 to $100 depending on each particular case. (For example: depending on the type of commission; headshots cost less than a full body illustration so its commercial use will also be less)
The price might be increased for mass distribution cases and physical merch reselling.
(I don’t allow the mass distribution of my art if the distributor haven’t bought the commercial use of the artwork.)
It’s ok:
If the commissioned piece is used as birthday gifts/normal gift/ personal use or physical ítem (or gift) such as a keychain, print, book cover, mousepad, sticker, etc.
Artist note:
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this until here, this way it’s safer for both of us as artist and client. I’m a slow worker but I really want to make my clients feel happy with their commissions and also have time to do my real life routines such as studying, house chores, cooking, sleeping and having time for my social life.
Sundays are my free days, I will not be working or answering messages that day of the week, this way I can just relax a bit and not be burned out easily
I’m truly thankful for all my clients, I can’t thank enough all the experiences they’ve given me throughout the years but I really wish you good health and a long life full of joy and love.
I hope to keep working with you in the future too!
